  • Please support me!

My brand-new Yamaha caught fire at the Post TT race at Mallory Park. I need to repair my bike, and together with LondonBikers and my sponsors, you can help me get back to racing.

  • Jun-08: Oulton Park New Era Round 5

I’d just taken delivery of my R6 from Co-Ordit, and this was to be my first meeting on it. I’d returned to Oulton Park after struggling to get to grips with the place the last time. Qualifying went well but I did struggle to get clean laps in with some more inexperienced riders unintentionally getting in the way. Luckily my 4th lap out was good enough for a front row start which saw me qualify 4th on the grid out of 42 entered riders. [more]

  • May-08: Donington Park British Superbikes Round 5 – Bad luck does come in threes!

I was really fired up for Donington Park, I’d just had two completely disastrous rounds at Brands and Oulton. To be honest, I have never felt as low as I did after the disappointment of not getting it together at Oulton, and then the incident at Brands which forced me out the race as well as giving me a good battering and the afterthought of my poor mate Bruce Wilson who I’d accidentally knocked off. Things could only get better surely? Well, at first it looked like they were getting better but then I ran out of Lady Luck once more. [more]

  • May-08: Brands Hatch British Superbikes Round 4

As the first round of the year at Brands had been snowed off on raceday we had to start in the places we had qualified in earlier in the year. Due to various reasons I’d been bumped up to 23rd on the grid and now having seen the track as I hadn’t before the first round I was feeling quite good with my old team back together to get a good result. • May-08: Oulton Park British Superbikes Round 3

I went to Oulton Park not in the best frames of mind. Things in the team I was riding for hadn’t been going too good and I was getting the feeling I’d made a mistake in allowing other people to get so involved in my racing. Three of the people who were meant to be there for the season had dropped out after Thruxton. I was happy to see them gone; I don’t dislike them as people but I think they had a negative approach to racing and as I was at British level it was really beginning to affect my game. [more]

  • Apr-08: Thruxton British Superbikes Round 1 - Or is that 2?

After the disappointment of not getting to race at Brands Hatch I had the daunting task of traveling right down the south coast to Thruxton, a track I’d never even been to spectate at before, let alone ride! It also happens to be the fastest track in the country and one I’ve always wanted to ride, so I was excited about riding a new circuit. [more]

  • Apr-08: Brands Hatch British Superbikes - The so-called first round!

I was really really excited and slightly nervous about riding at BSB for the first time. I hadn’t raced against too many of the 56 strong entry list in my class and it was my first time at National level. [more]

  • Mar-08: Donington Park MRO Stocksport 600

I entered the Donington race as a pre-season warm up for the BSB Superstock 600 series. I knew that quite a few of the BSB lads would be at this round and also knowing that MRO is usually a fast pace at the front I knew I’d have some good riders to use as a comparison this early in the season. • Mar-08: Positive start to the season for me
